As a member of the Servco Pacific group of companies, Downtown Toyota is jointly owned by Australian and Hawaiian based shareholder directors. Servco Pacific Inc. is a privately owned company and a long-established member of the global Toyota family. Based in Honolulu, it is the distributor for Toyota and Lexus in Hawaii. The company was incorporated in 1919 and is still owned by the same family that founded the company, which is now up to 1,482 employees.
