There are some vehicles that we won't be able to give you an instant offer for, but once you provide the details of your vehicle, we will get in touch with you to provide you an instant offer. Cars over 10 years old or 150,000 kilometres will not generate an instant offer.

A number of variables are factored in to determine your vehicle's price. These include the condition of the vehicle and the current market price for the make, model and age of your vehicle.

Please note that the instant price is subject to an inspection of your vehicle and the T&Cs. If the condition of the vehicle is different than the expected condition, we may revise the amount we offer you.

*Instant offers are available for cars, vans and utes under 10 years old and with fewer than 150,000 kilometres. The instant valuation provided online is an estimate only and is based on market data and the details you submit about your vehicle, including make, model, year, mileage and general condition. All instant valuations are subject to a physical inspection of the vehicle at Downtown Toyota. If the condition of your vehicle differs from what was indicated online, such as mechanical issues, cosmetic damage or an inaccurate odometer reading, the offer may be revised. Instant valuations are valid for 7 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated, after which a new valuation may be required. You must be the legal owner of the vehicle and provide allrelevant documentation at the time of inspection. There is no obligation to accept the instant valuation or final offer and you are free to walk away at any time. Downtown Toyota reserves the right to decline to purchase any vehicle at its discretion.

Once your online application has been submitted, one of our buying team will contact you to arrange an inspection at a time that best suits you.

We operate Mon - Fri 8:30am-5:30pm and Sat 8:30am-5pm.

Our buying team are available 5 days per week. Monday to Friday, from 8.30am to 5:30pm. In most cases, you'll be contacted the same day or next business day -depending on the day and time you submitted your valuation.
