How do I prepare the car for sale?
There's no need to do anything! We will take care of cleaning, detailing and re-conditioning your car without it significantly affecting the value you will achieve.
The only preparation is to collect all keys, service logs, and included accessories (ie floor mats) and bring it all to your changeover appointment.
What is the deposit on a new vehicle with Downtown Toyota?
When you place your order for your new vehicle, only pay $1000 deposit to secure your request for your new car.
What if I change my mind and want to cancel my order?
We understand life happens and your circumstances may change while you wait for your new vehicle.
You can cancel your order at any time up until your vehicle production is confirmed. If you do cancel your order, we will refund 100% of your deposit.
Do I need a roadworthy certificate to sell my car?
One of the advantages of selling to Downtown Toyota is that you do not need to provide a roadworthy certificate.
When selling privately this must be provided and sometimes will be hard to ascertain especially for older cars.
How quickly will you payout the agreed sale price?
We will pay cash the same day for your vehicle!
Our purchasing team have the experience and resources at their fingertips to ensure you are guaranteed a payout same day after your changeover appointment.
What is a General Price Increase?
A General Price Increase is when Toyota implement a price increase across the entire range due to the increased costs associated with manufacturing vehicles.
