Jackson's journey to Downtown Toyota began at Pacific Toyota, where he gained valuable experience in their award-winning parts department. When he and his partner decided to relocate to Brisbane, Downtown Toyota felt like a natural fit. His experience in a high-performing environment made him a perfect addition to our team.

Over time, Jackson has become known not just for his technical skills but for his willingness to help others. Whether it's sharing his knowledge with colleagues or ensuring that customers get exactly what they need, Jackson's positive attitude is a constant.

A Team Player at Heart

Jackson’s success is rooted in his commitment to teamwork and his love for problem-solving. “I manage my time and resources effectively, while finding enjoyment and fun in the little things,” he says. “Sometimes, you just need to look away from the screen for a second and interact with another human.”

For Jackson, one of the most rewarding aspects of his role is being a trusted resource for his colleagues. “It fills me with a lot of pride when I’m asked for help by my team members and can show them things they may not have known before,” he shares. This willingness to support his team is a big part of what makes him a standout.

Working in the parts department means facing daily challenges, from managing stock to ensuring timely customer orders. Jackson’s approach is simple but effective: stay organised and never hesitate to ask for another set of eyes. “There’s always something popping up that might need a fresh perspective. What some might think is obvious, others might miss.”

His ability to remain calm and collaborative, even under pressure, is one of the reasons his colleagues trust him.

Jackson’s commitment to delivering a high standard of service is clear. “By delivering the highest quality of work and ensuring all customers are well looked after, word will spread about our level of professionalism,” he explains. But Jackson's ambitions don’t stop there. Looking ahead, he hopes to continue growing within Downtown Toyota, eventually exploring leadership opportunities. “I know I have a long way to go, but I’m always trying my best to improve.”

Life Beyond the Dealership

When he’s not at Downtown Toyota, Jackson enjoys staying active with hobbies like scuba diving and archery—interests that reflect his focus and sense of adventure. Since moving to Brisbane, he’s continued to explore all the region has to offer.
