    Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these Terms & Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
    To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

    Who can enter?

    Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and older and have fulfilled the requirements set out below ('Eligible Entrants').
    Employees (and their immediate families) of The Promoter (Downtown Toyota and Hawthorne Garage) and associated agencies are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child, or stepchild (whether natural or by adoption), parent, stepparent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, stepbrother, stepsister, or 1st cousin.
    The Promoter is Downtown Toyota, located at 753 Wynnum Rd, Morningside QLD 4170.

    How to enter

    To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotional Period, register their interest for the Toyota bZ4X through the designated online landing page and sign up for a test drive at Downtown Toyota or Hawthorne Garage.
    By entering, entrants consent to receive promotional and marketing messages from the Promoter (option to opt-out available).

    Open, Close, Draw and Publish Dates

    The promotion opens on April 1, 2024, at 9:00 AM AEST and closes at midnight AEST on April 30, 2024.
    The winner will be drawn on May 1, 2024, at Downtown Toyota and announced on the same day. The winner will be notified by phone and email within two business days of the draw.

    Prize on offer

    The prize is a $1,000 shopping spree redeemable at Hawthorne Garage, not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

    Publicity

    Entrants agree to participate in any promotional activity regarding winning the prize and consent to their name and image being used in promotional material without additional compensation.
